Bias Incident Reporting Form

Students, faculty, and staff, and visitors may use this form to report incidents of bias or harassment that you experience or witness. Please provide detailed information regarding the bias incident you are referring to.

Title IX Reporting Form

Use this form to report information necessary to initiate an investigation of alleged gender discrimination or harassment, sexual harassment, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, or retaliation pursuant to the Student Code of Conduct.

The LaFHAC is a nonprofit civil rights organization that works to eradicate housing discrimination. LaFHAC’s work throughout Louisiana includes educational offerings, free legal services for victims of housing discrimination, policy advocacy, and foreclosure prevention counseling.

Trans Lifeline

Services:

A grassroots hotline and microgrants 501(c)(3) non-profit organization offering direct emotional and financial support to trans people in crisis – for the trans community, by the trans community.

Gay and Lesbian National Hotline​

Services:

The Gay & Lesbian National Hotline is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to meeting the needs of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning community by offering by offering free and totally anonymous information, referrals and peer-counseling.

Trevor Lifeline (866-488-7386) for LGBTQ youth in crisis is free and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also ask for help on TrevorChat or TrevorText.

Services:

Crescent Care offers a range of healthcare options sensitive to the unique needs of LGBTQ individuals and their families, including gender-affirming primary care for transgender and gender non-conforming people. They offer HIV services, hormone therapy, and more.
